Carou is a jewellery collaboration obsessed with beautiful things, lost treasures and matters of the heart. We design modern jewellery inspired by travel and adventure, by far-flung lands and earthly souvenirs. Carou was founded by jewellery designer Cari Rou, who spends her time between California, Sydney and London. With a yearning for unknown places, she left her native London in 2012 and has since spent her time living and working all over the world.

Carou products are produced in Australia and Bali, their manufacturers are focused on quality, innovation and ethical standards.

Design: 

The Luna necklace features a collection of amulets finished with fresh water Baroque pearls. The heart and hand motif is a talisman for strength, romance and loyalty.  The coin is inspired by ancient star maps and features symbols of the elements to promote positive energy, protection and mindfulness. 

Chain length: 38cm + 8cm extension.
Materials: 24K gold plated brass.

Care: As these are hand crafted pieces, slight variations are to be expected and are what make the designs one-of-a-kind. 

Please be gentle with your treasures and do not apply lotions and perfume while wearing your gold plated pieces. Please avoid water when wearing gold plated jewellery. Gold has a tendency to scratch, so extra care should be taken when wearing and cleaning to maintain quality.
