Please note: The Slow Mode will not be held liable for custom clearance fees, duties, foreign taxes, holding times or any other associated import costs that may be enforced on delivery. International delivery costs are not inclusive of duties/taxes that may be applied and charged once the item reaches the destination country. The courier service will contact the customer directly to arrange payment.
In the unlikely event the receiver refuses to pay any associated duties/ taxes the shipment will be returned to The Slow Mode. The item (s) will be refunded excluding the original shipping charge, any import fees / duty or taxes that may have been enforced on the shipment in addition to the postage cost returned back to The Slow Mode.
Once an item has been dispatched, it is the purchasers responsibility. In the unlikely event that an order is misplaced or lost during delivery, it is the purchasers responsibility to contact us and liaise with the appropriate courier service.

- in salable condition with tags in place
- no odours from perfume / deodorant on the clothes
